On the date of the competition, it is or will be more than 2 years’ since your 1^st qualifying certificate in Lash Lifting / Perming / Lamination was issued.

Anyone who has placed either 1^st, 2^nd or 3^rd in a Live or Online Lash Competition, anytime and anywhere in the world.
