What is the entrance policy?

Due to the professional nature of the event, nobody under 14 years of age is allowed entry into Salon Beauty. This includes babies, and prams are also not permitted on the premises. As a busy event, we need to maintain a safe and professional environment for our trade visitors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

What are the opening times?

Monday 13 October: 10.00 - 5:00pm & Monday 14 October: 10:00 - 5:00pm

 

How do I get a ticket?

When registration is live you can register online and will receive an automated email from showhub.live with your ticket attached. This ticket will also be resent to you 3 days before the show.

Autumn's biggest beauty event, Olympia Beauty brings beauty and nail professionals the brands, treatments and education, plus endless networking opportunities. Join our iconic competitions, including Nailympia and the National Massage Championships (register to book the NMC).

The show takes place alongside Salon International, a great opportunity if you're thinking of offering hair treatments or want to see the best talent on stage.

 

When is Salon Beauty?

Do I need a badge or ticket to access the show?

I have registered for the show but can I attend more than one day?

How do I qualify for a VIP ticket?

We will be inviting select salon and spa owners and managers from our database to attend Salon Beauty as a VIP. The brands exhibiting will also be able to nominate their clients to receive a VIP upgrade.

 

Who is exhibiting at the event?

The biggest beauty brands will be showcasing their products. From skincare to nail, make-up, waxing, to advanced treatments the event covers all aspects of the beauty industry! View the list of brands by clicking the ‘Brands’ button at the top of the page.

Where can I book the live stages and conferences?

You can book your live stages, workshops and conferences by clicking the ‘Join Now’ button at the top of the page and navigating to the relevant session and book online. Programme coming soon.

 

Does my ticket give me access to the live stages / workshops / conferences?

Where can I see the live stages, workshops and conferences that I have already booked?

To view your bookings, you need to log in with your email address and password and click on “My Tickets” button.

I'm worried that I haven't received my badge yet, what can I do?

If you have registered successfully you will be able to access your badge either online or via the ShowHub app by logging in with your email address and password. If you are having any difficulty please email [email protected] or message us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/olympiabeauty/ 

 

I attended the show last year, will I automatically receive a badge?

No. All visitors will be required to register again for each show. Click the ‘Join Now’ button at the top of the page.

 

How do I register a colleague?

Each visitor will need their own badge. On your account, you can invite a colleague to join you at the show by entering their email address. To register a colleague, make sure you are logged out of your account and then you can register them using their email address.

I'm worried that I haven't received my badge yet, what can I do?

How do I book Live Stages, The National Massage Championships and Nailympia?

If you are already registered and would like to book education, please log back into your account. Click the 'Join now' button then enter your email address and the password you created when registering. Navigate to 'What's on' and you can book education and competitions.

 

How do I register a colleague?

How can I plan my day at the show?

We recommend using all of the features of your ShowHub account once you are registered to attend the show. On your account, you can register for Live Education, view the brands exhibiting at the show, view the latest products and discover the latest launches. Another key feature is the opportunity to connect with brands and other visitors. You can filter by role, place of work and interests. Book meetings in advance to get the most out of your visit to the show.

Can my children visit the event with me?

Salon Beauty is a Trade only event. Children are not admitted, including babies and prams, and no exceptions will be made. Please find alternative childcare arrangements; there are no creche facilities available onsite.

 

Do I need to register again if I attended last year?

Yes, each year is a separate event so you will need to register to attend Salon Beauty 2024.
