Student Category – Head Judge, Julia Townend mentions this category is open to students and recent graduates of make up courses. However, in the rules and regulations it only says about students registered on courses. Can you please clarify if recent graduates will be allowed to enter please.

Hi Lesley, Thank you for your message. We will be announcing the professional category any day now. This will have a very limited number of places, but I will message you as soon as we have it live.

Julia Townend the Head Judge stated that the Student competition was open to ‘students and recent graduates of makeup courses.’ Would you please confirm this and specify how recent the graduate would need to be in order to compete in the student competition. I did send a message last week but no-one has got back to me and I am anxious to complete my application form.
    Thank you.

Do you need to be a student at a physical/academy or can it be an online course? Also is there a specific award body the course has to be with?
