Known as ‘the science of life’, Ayurveda integrates diet, exercise, meditation and massage therapy in a potently holistic approach to keeping the mind, body and soul in harmony and balance. Its roots in Indian spirituality can be traced back over 5,000 years, and Sunita’s mission has been to update these traditional approaches for 21st-century stresses. Originally a business journalist with an international lifestyle, Sunita was in India when she reached a turning point, and was drawn to Ayurveda as a way of reconnecting to her lineage as a healer. Discovering the ability to realign her body, mind, spirit and heart, she never looked back.
