The MASCED accreditation programme has been developed by national skin cancer charity ‘Skcin’ to educate beauty industry professionals on the detection of suspicious lesions that may be observed on their clients skin. The objective of the accreditation is to raise awareness of the early signs and symptoms of the UK’s most common and fastest rising cancer and promote the early detection of melanoma to improve prognosis and save lives.
