Monica Paslaru, Head Judge
Monica is the Director of Elemental Massage School of Beauty and Holistic Therapies based in London and she is recognised as one of the most influential Trainers in the UK. Throughout her many years of teaching, working tirelessly to support and educate therapists, Monica has been fortunate enough to receive recognition for her efforts, including being awarded The Tutor of the Year by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) in November 2022.'

'With many years of experience in both bodywork and teaching, her passions combine to inspire therapists and clients alike with the many tools and different approaches she has developed during this time. She has developed her own unique style drawing from many different approaches learned throughout the years, with a particular interest in abdominal work and treating head/neck/TMJ issues and a strong focus on the fascial system and all that it holds within it.'
Sunita Passi is an Ayurvedic practitioner and international holistic therapist educator, renowned for her expertise in the field. As the founder of Tri-Dosha and principal of the Tri-Dosha Academy, Sunita is dedicated to promoting a deeper connection with our inner bodies and the world around us. With a profound belief in joyful respect and self-care, Sunita envisions a path towards well-being by challenging societal conditioning and embracing natural wisdom.
Slav is truly passionate about wellness and massage and has dedicated over 20 years to developing his techniques in body manipulation. He is highly regarded as one of the top massage therapists and teachers not only in UK but internationally. Over the years Slav studied and adopted many different advanced massage techniques to develop his very own unique style of massage and body adjustment. His excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, sports nutrition and rehabilitation gave him a great foundation to develop his skills in massage to the highest level.

The ‘go-to’ massage expert in London, Beata has a global reputation for her natural approach to ageing and is revered by the likes of Vogue, Tatler and the Times for the exceptional quality of her face and massage therapy. Beata is the author of two books on massage translated in several languages and published worldwide by Duncan Baird.
Maria Mason has been recognised as one of the UK’s Professional wellness industry top influencers.Vice President to the FHT and national judge for Professional Beauty for 17 years. With personal awards for business woman and leadership. Maria knows what it takes to run a successful business. A holistic practitioner qualified in over 15 therapies, mind fitness meditation teacher, Yoga teacher and retreat master. She is the owner and founder of the ‘Salon of Excellence’, Beauty Time in Bristol.
Marc Innes is the owner and the Principal of the School of Natural Therapies, who have been operational in London since 2009.
The school has grown into one of the busiest training academies in London, specialising in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage training and is a centre of excellence in Oncology Massage training.
He is also a founder board member of SATCC (Standards Authority for Touch in Cancer Care) who are successfully promoting standards in cancer care.
Joseph is the Director of Sport, Remedial and Soft Tissue studies at the School of Natural Therapies and teaches programmes up to Level 5 standard. Well regarded in martial arts, Joseph was previously a very successful Judo competitor and Instructor – his interest in the body and movement expanded whilst at university training for many years as a powerlifter which continued for several years thereafter, until he returned to the Martial Arts. He has been studying and practicing Kempo Jujitsu for over 18 years and teaching as part of an International Association.
